JEDYNKA

REFORMER / PERFECTIONIST / PEDANT
JEDYNKA she perfects the world. She knows what does not work in it as it should. She has a strong moral compass and takes ethical action aimed at leaving the world better than she found it. She intuitively knows what is good and what is bad. She does not compromise – she is ready to fight for what is right and just. When her identity is healthy, she is able to accept certain imperfections of the process in pursuit of her chosen goal. However, consumed by her shadow, she will completely withdraw from action until she is absolutely certain that everything she is associated with is perfect.
JEDYNKA constantly strives for development. Her thoughts and actions are focused on continuous improvement – of herself, other people, and her environment. In each of us lives an inner critic – a quiet voice that constantly evaluates our actions and their results. In the case of Ones, the inner critic does not whisper in the ear, but shouts through a megaphone, pointing out every tiny mistake or shortcoming. It is extremely vigilant, constantly active, and merciless in its harsh judgement. Ones are often accompanied by a sense of shame. The source of this shame is precisely the taunting, cruel voice of criticism resounding in their heads.
JEDYNKA she fears receiving an unfavourable assessment. She meticulously tries to avoid making mistakes, and if they do occur, she immediately attempts to correct them. She feels helpless and ashamed when someone “catches” her in moments when she is far from her own ideal. In childhood, the One felt strong pressure to be a “good child”. She did not want to cause trouble or worry for anyone. Always responsible, dutiful, conscientious and diligent, she lived in the hope that by being perfect, she would finally earn the longed-for love / attention / appreciation from her nearest and dearest.
Only child It is very difficult to relax and rest. Her need for the continuous improvement of herself and the world means that she always finds something to do that seems more useful to her than regenerating her own resources. Apart from making a mistake and being criticised, the One fears only one thing – wasting time. On the other hand, when she is not certain whether her competence is sufficient, she postpones carrying out tasks or making decisions, engaging in substitute activities.
HEALTHY IDENTITY
The healthy One shines by example – living according to the values it professes. It can inspire others to incorporate these ideals into their lives, but in a way far removed from lofty judgement. Its integrity and deep inner wisdom make it a just judge and a powerful teacher. In a healthy state, the One becomes a champion of the pursuit of development and truth, while at the same time tolerating the imperfection of human character.
AVERAGE IDENTITY
The average Type One is consumed by a sense of personal responsibility. Immersed in fantasies of an ideal state of affairs, they constantly feel dissatisfied due to the discrepancy between these ideals and reality. This tension drives them to intensify their efforts to fix themselves, other people and the world around them. Their attitude and worldview are often rigid and do not allow for views differing from their own. In this state, the One will not forgive anyone even the smallest mistake—everyone will be pointed out and criticised. Their moralising approach and constant criticism cause people to start pulling away from them.
Identity Crisis
Number One, completely derailed, will go to almost any lengths to impose their version of “Truth” on others. In this state, they justify their own mistakes and try with all their might to hide the fact that they are doing the exact opposite of what they preach.

Enneagram
The Enneagram is a system that organises both human potential, made up of its strengths and bright sides, and its deepest shadows, flaws and frustrations. It reveals how our identity is constructed and what stimuli bring out the best – but also the worst – in us. It allows for a deep understanding of which subconscious patterns drive our behaviours, influence our decisions and either facilitate or hinder the execution of everyday tasks.
The Enneagram reveals nine fundamental personality types. Each of them is guided in life by a different motivation, leans towards different things, and tries to stay away from different things.
