She is convinced that she has to be perfect, devoid of any flaws, in order to deserve anyone's appreciation or love. The prospect of making even the smallest mistake is terrifying to her. She avoids taking on actions that carry a risk of failure.
Even in childhood, One learned that what drew others' attention to her was impeccably correct behaviour and not causing anyone the slightest trouble. Her natural spontaneity was stifled by the pursuit of perfection and an unattainable ideal.
When One's actions do not meet with approval or the results of their efforts are not what they intended, tremendous frustration awakens within them. In this state, One begins to look around
and looking for what or whom she could blame for the situation she found herself in.
